At Chicken Chef, we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
  • Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the restaurant.
