Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports, communicating key performance indicators and recommendations to management.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability are highly valued in this position.
