Ensure Quality and Service Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, ensuring that all customers receive an excellent dining experience.

Manage Budgets and Reports

Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports, providing accurate and timely information to management.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management.

Supervise and Check Assembly of Trays

Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor who can lead and manage a team of staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
