Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at CBS Parts Ltd. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and processing sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit card, and cheque payments.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Language: English.
- Asset Languages: Hindi, Punjabi.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, manual dexterity, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, overtime required, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
