Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Account Management: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, including verifying and entering orders, transferring orders to fulfillment, and explaining stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with outside sales teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure goals are met and customer needs are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% for sales meetings and customer visits.
