Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at CBS Parts Ltd. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications of our automotive parts and accessories.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
