Chief Asset Management Officer

At CTS Global Logistics Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Asset Management to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $100,000.00 per year and 35 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Approve sales programs and promotional campaigns to increase market share and revenue.
- Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordinate sales activities across regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish strategic objectives and formulate policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
- Establish financial controls and administrative procedures to monitor sales performance.
- Select, mentor, and manage a team of middle managers and executives.
- University degree or college diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience as a middle manager in a related position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Adaptive to a changing environment.
- Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- Expertise in managing a large client network and driving sales team success.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
