About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at KRX Canada Inc. as a Head Cook/Kitchen Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and excellent customer service.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.

Supply Chain Management

Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to meet the needs of our menu.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
