We are seeking a skilled Principal Environmental Professional to join our team at Trace Associates Inc.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves leading field programs within the assessment and remediation practice area, while also providing technical support and leadership to junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead complex field programs, including cross-training opportunities for the right candidate.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior professionals in the assessment and remediation practice area.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and regulators through excellent communication skills.
  • Oversee project management and reporting, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or agriculture program with an environmental focus, and eligibility for professional designation from AIA, ASPB, or APEGA.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in assessment and remediation practice areas, including leading projects and supervising contractors.
  • Proven knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and permit application processes.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license and ability to safely operate vehicles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding work consistently.
Work Environment
