Restaurant Manager Job Description

Sushi Wara is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Plan and organize daily staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
  • Customer Service: Implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with budget management and menu planning.
