Restaurant Manager Job Description

Sushi Wara is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to boost profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
  • Develop and implement budget plans to control costs and increase revenue
  • Monitor sales and labor costs to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Ensure compliance with provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
