Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of more than 20 people, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a large workload and overtime required.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding tasks.
