The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and experience in leading projects from concept to delivery. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior designers.

In this role, you will be responsible for questioning ideas, interpreting client briefs, and executing creative concepts. You will also oversee artwork compliance and work closely with the account team to achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative packaging designs that meet client objectives
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices
  • Work closely with the account team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Oversee artwork compliance and ensure accuracy in design implementation

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in packaging design, with a strong background in CPG
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
