About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager or Transportation Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team at Robinson Consultants Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects from planning to design and construction phases, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and technical documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subconsultants, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a valid Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license.
  • 5-8 years of progressive engineering design experience, including transportation planning and design.
  • 1-3 years of experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (bilingualism considered an asset).
