Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Access Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, confirm reservations, and rent storage units
  • Present lease agreements and collect rental payments
  • Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily
  • Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
  • Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
  • Provide strong customer service and fluency in English, both written and spoken

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in customer service (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in sales (preferred)
  • Valid driving license (required)
