About the Role

As an Enterprise Risk Manager, Governance and Compliance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, as well as provide expert guidance on risk management practices and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of our risk management program.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management practices and strategies to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions to address identified risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure our risk management program remains effective and compliant.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, risk management) or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, governance, or compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments.
