Environmental Remediation Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Supervisor to join our Team Green Environmental Remediation/Construction group. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our environmental remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site for all assigned projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve safety performance, reducing risks and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct job task assessments, field-level hazard assessments, and assist in the development of safe work procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Report all incidents, safety infractions, and non-compliance issues, participating in investigations and developing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Supervise daily activities to ensure project targets are met, including estimating project costs for tender purposes and assisting with the development and execution of work plans to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
- Assist with project planning and scheduling under the guidance of your manager, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
- Diploma in a technical field is an asset.
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisory role is an asset.
- Previous experience working in an industrial setting, project management, and estimating is required.
- Previous experience with waste disposal and/or environmental remediation, on-site water treatment, civil construction, and demolition is considered an asset.
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, with a valid driver's license required.
