Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at NEW DELHI PIZZA INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our food service department, including methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities of staff.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, and ensure that our inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports to management.
Manage Budget and Cost EstimatesPrepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that our food service department operates within budget.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding work are expected.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability are essential.
Working ConditionsThe successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking are also required.
