Business Operations Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Support Services Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of mail and courier services at BC Housing.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Business Support Services, this position is responsible for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment, resolving requests related to assigned work areas, and providing high-quality customer service.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the delivery and pick-up of mail and courier services
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide general clerical support to the Business Support Services Team
- Ensure sensitive information is handled with confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS
- Post-secondary courses in office or business administration
- Working experience in a comparable work environment, including front-of-office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift over 30 lbs and be mobile throughout a shift
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team in a high-pressure environment
