About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve high-quality food.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, and that our customers receive the highest quality food.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
