TalentSphere is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to become a vital part of our leadership team. This role is essential for overseeing financial operations, information technology, office management, and system assurance within our construction and infrastructure projects.

The Financial Operations Manager will report directly to the executive leadership and will have the chance to significantly influence the growth of our joint-venture initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and planning in collaboration with the executive management team
  • Managing IT systems, external financial disclosures, and technical accounting practices
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance, control measures, governance standards, and risk management protocols
  • Driving innovation and change, while developing a Corporate Risk Register and ISO Governance Standards
  • Establishing and overseeing the Internal Audit function
  • Reviewing contracts and proposals to safeguard the organization's interests
  • Executing special initiatives as directed by the executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in finance, IT, and team support
  • Strong expertise in financial controls, process development, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities
  • Familiarity with Trimble Vista finance software and experience in the construction sector is advantageous
