Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Sigma Communications INC.

Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This includes planning and controlling budget and expenditures, reviewing budgets and financial reports for specific projects, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Advise senior management on financial matters
  • Keep accurate financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control
  • Develop and implement financial and operating plans
  • Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections, and sales data
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Knowledge of accounting software and principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
