Job Summary

SAVORMETRICS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations
    • Manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
    • Coordinate and direct the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Develop and implement accounting strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal accounting practices.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
    • Provide financial guidance and support to management and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including accounting errors and irregularities.
    • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification in accounting (CPA, CMA, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a controller or senior accounting role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
  • Experience in a similar role in a similar industry.
