Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring that they are creative, delicious, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring that they are presented to the highest standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
