Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SUPER SAUSAGE 2003 LTD. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food products. This includes menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu requirements.
  • Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, including HACCP and food handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are meeting our budgetary requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.
  • Develop and implement systems to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team to achieve high-quality food products and excellent customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and food handling procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
