About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Stuart Weitzman, a leading luxury footwear brand part of Tapestry, Inc. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering sales results, executing company initiatives, and maintaining operational standards in our North American Retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Results: Achieve store AOP and individual sales goals by providing exceptional customer service, executing sales strategies, and leveraging your proficiency in sales.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Mentor, motivate, and develop team members to deliver Stuart Weitzman's Selling Ceremony and operational standards.
  • Stay Current with Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors to provide informed sales guidance.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain store appearance, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards, process shipments, and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture, support team members, and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and mobile POS.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, climb, bend, and kneel; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 Years of Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail sales or leadership role, preferably in the luxury footwear industry.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
