About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Sales Representative II to join our team at Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for increasing commercial sales in our designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an approved marketing plan to meet both personal and business goals.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region to call on regular and prospective customers, including architects, designers, developers, general contractors, and national accounts.
  • Identify and establish relationships with top architectural and design firms.
  • Pursue new and maintain existing national accounts, following up and reporting information as needed.
  • Schedule regular product knowledge seminars with architectural and design firms.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise with regard to all Daltile products, allied products, and installation methods.
  • Track meeting results consistently and effectively.
  • Maintain frequent communication with SSC staff to advise of future orders and obtain samples.
  • Schedule timely large project tracking meetings.
  • Replenish and update products with local A&D firms.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience calling on the A&D community or 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Exercises independent judgment and initiative.
  • Basic computer skills.
