Job Overview:

Mirus Wales is seeking a skilled SharePoint Solutions Architect to spearhead the design, development, and upkeep of SharePoint-driven solutions tailored for our clientele. The successful applicant will possess a robust foundation in SharePoint development, customization, and integration, alongside a talent for crafting engaging and intuitive intranet portals that boost communication, collaboration, and overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and implement intranet, document management, and collaborative solutions utilizing Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and associated technologies.
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to comprehend business needs and convert them into effective, scalable solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, and web parts.
  • Seamlessly integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services to enhance the digital workplace experience.
  • Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to SharePoint.
  • Remain informed about the latest Microsoft technologies and suggest their integration into client environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint configuration and development, particularly with SharePoint Online.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration, site architecture, governance, and security best practices.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integration is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with contemporary intranet design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Viva is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ShareGate is considered beneficial.
  • Understanding of SharePoint migration tools and processes.
