Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. as a key member of our Solutions & Architecture team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing IT solutions to business problems, leveraging your expertise in the Microsoft 365 technology stack.
Key Responsibilities- Lead solution evaluation and technical planning for large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and business outcomes.
- Develop non-functional and technical specifications for solution RFP documents, including collaboration solutions with O365 services such as SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Design and implement proof of concepts, ensuring successful and sustainable delivery of solutions into operations.
- Contribute to architecture boards and continued improvement of our practice, providing assistance and mentorship as required.
- Oversee the activities of technical resources to deliver solutions, working closely with project teams to develop conceptual architecture designs.
- At least 2 years of experience leading commercial-scale IT projects in a Solution Architect role, with a focus on O365-related solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Strong experience with O365 Governance, including defining and implementing roadmap implementation strategies and rollouts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create effective tailored content.
- Canadian federal, provincial, municipal government, or similar work experience is an asset.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, inclusive of all travel and living costs, with the opportunity to work on-site at our Head Office in Regina. The initial term for this role will be up to one year, with the potential for extension based on ongoing requirements.
