Job Title: Parts Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Hill Toyota. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our parts and service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
  • Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient completion of work
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and service metrics
  • Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
