Security Supervisor

Gemstar Security Service Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Manage and maintain security equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support security operations.
- Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Physical ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors and in various office settings. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and security.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:35 hours per week.
