- Assist customers with their shopping needs, promoting products and services, and making purchase decisions.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, rotating stock, and removing damaged or out-of-date items.
- Ensure accurate handling of claims and returns, securing merchandise, and identifying high-shrink items.
- Receive and stock merchandise, utilizing equipment and administrative tasks as required.
- Refer customers to a Customer Service Manager for assistance with service and transactional items.
- Perform stock replenishment, downstocking, and modular tasks as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
