We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service by effectively communicating with clients, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders with precision, maintaining data integrity throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Verify and validate purchase order details, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Monitor and track order statuses, providing accurate updates to customers in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and procurement teams to align customer expectations with operational capabilities.
  • Work closely with sales teams to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Provide product recommendations and insights to customers, enhancing their purchasing decisions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track, analyze, and manage customer interactions and activities, ensuring up-to-date data.
  • Maintain accurate account records, reflecting customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in administration, business, or a related field is an asset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Comfortable and confident in interacting with customers via phone and email.
  • Strong work ethic, drive for success, and essential qualities of compassion, integrity, and honesty.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service Representative in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, making quick decisions under pressure.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with knowledge of Salesforce and JD Edwards being a strong asset.
