    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Support and Development
    • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.

    Requirements
