- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure team and individual performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
This is a permanent full-time position with a 30 to 35 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
