About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Taione Trading LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the warehouse team, ensuring that all operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and recorded.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
