About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leadership Consultant to join our team at Voiant Group. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of consultants and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with the Head of Consulting and senior leadership team to drive business growth and development
  • Develop and implement effective team performance reviews and individual development plans
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in technical consulting or related industry experience in digital transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses
  • Confidence in presenting to senior executives and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program, ideally in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
