As a Senior Project Manager at OSF Digital, you will play a critical role in leading complex projects that drive digital transformation for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet our clients' business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of project delivery, including project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential crises.
- Ensure that the development team is up-to-date with any changes in project direction.
- Manage the delivery team's activity and individual growth/career path.
- Previous relevant work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Previous experience managing implementation projects for different Salesforce Clouds.
- English and French fluency is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a PM role with a focus on delivering implementations, integrations of various software applications.
- Previous experience in managing remote/distributed teams.
- Familiar with web programming languages, technologies, and testing.
