About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business and develop a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Provide solutions to customers' visual communications needs, including signs, graphics, and displays
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Results-driven and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in sales
