**About the Role:**

The Manager of National Accounts is responsible for overseeing and growing key customer relationships. This includes developing strategic plans to maximize profitability, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to achieve team goals.
  • Monitor performance levels to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to drive sales and meet individual targets.
  • Gather market knowledge to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to propose and secure new account agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts to preserve revenue and minimize risks.
  • Analyze sales data to identify issues and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships across departments.

**Requirements:**

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, including 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to manage direct reports' performance.
  • Working knowledge of financial systems, including income statements, budgets, and modeling.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in additional functional areas within Customer Service, Accounts Receivables, preferred.
  • Good understanding of inventory forecasting and management systems.
