We're seeking experienced sales professionals who are passionate about contributing to a growing company's success and driving innovation. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future.

The National Sales Growth Director will be responsible for achieving and growing sales from new customers, while increasing revenues from existing ones to meet company revenue objectives. Our solutions provide end-to-end real-time tracking of temperature, humidity, light, and shock for cold chain compliance and asset tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth in the national grocery sector. They will call on grocery, food service, and non-food industry providers, using their sales knowledge and skills to execute their annual sales plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Forecast business monthly, ensuring current opportunities are properly staged based on the defined sales process criteria
  • Use sales knowledge and skills to execute the territory sales plan
  • Establish and grow new account opportunities
  • Deliver new partnership programs with multiple accounts
  • Effectively utilize company CRM to record all contacts and interactions with customers, keeping management informed of progress against plan
  • Utilize company policies when providing quotes and processing sales orders
  • Obtain and report competitor information, such as new products, pricing, and sales strategies, obtained during the sales process and lead generation
  • Perform account management sales activities with assigned customers
  • Attend industry trade events to sell the company's products, obtaining sales leads via contact with potential customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven history of success selling solutions, software systems, or system support products to grocery and food service providers
  • Full-cycle (prospecting to close) sales experience with B2B SaaS solutions
  • Evidence of top-tier achievement and performance in past roles
  • Demonstrable record of success in developing a qualified pipeline
  • Disciplined initiative-taker with the ability to work alone and remotely
  • Able to interpret and analyze sales data
  • Skilled in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Strong understanding of the grocery industry, market trends, and customer needs

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies

Track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

Supply chain and logistics sales experience is preferred

Travel, including overnight travel, up to 50% of the time

Current Driver's License and proof of insurance
