Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Management Trainee to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives on a daily basis.
    • Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service management.
  • Performance Management
    • Set goals and provide mentoring/coaching to team members.
    • Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
  • Process Improvement
    • Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment
    • Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Language Skills
    • Bilingual (English/French) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork, and multi-tasking.
    • Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.
    • Prior leadership/management experience is a plus.
