We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Facilitator to join our team and support the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Entry to School and the EarlyON Child and Family Centre programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the Entry to School program through the OAP
  • Develop and implement program plans that promote play-based learning and foster a sense of belonging and well-being for all children, parents, and caregivers
  • Provide targeted outreach opportunities for specific populations, including newcomers, teen parents, and families experiencing income challenges
  • Complete assessments, checklists, and documentation in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education diploma or degree, or equivalent education and experience
  • Registered member of the College of Early Childhood Educators in good standing
  • Minimum two years' experience working with families and children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sound judgment, diplomacy, and listening skills
