Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at FortisBC. As a key member of our Planning and Design department, you will play a critical role in coordinating projects related to our distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, communicating effectively to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and customers as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Technology diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution in a related field.
  • Experience: Four years of directly related work experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications software, including SAP and MS Office.
  • Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver's license.
