We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Director to join our team at Domino’s Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Job Description:- Oversee Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiations and Marketing: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, participate in marketing plans and implementation, and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
