Assistant Professor Position in Plant Single Cell Biology

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join our team as a tenure stream faculty member in the Department of Cell and Systems Biology at the University of Toronto. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plant single cell biology and a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching.
Key Responsibilities:- Pursue a vigorous, innovative, and independent research program in plant single cell biology
- Establish an outstanding, competitive, and externally funded research program
- Teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in plant biology and related fields
- Ph.D. in Biology or a related field
- Minimum of two years of postdoctoral experience
- Demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching
