Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the technique of hoeing between rows to maintain crop health and prevent weeds from competing with our produce.
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to ensure a safe working environment and prevent damage to equipment.
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots to optimize our sales and minimize waste.
  • Hand harvest vegetables to ensure high-quality produce and meet customer demands.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
