Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Allocator to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient allocation of merchandise to our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and expedite allocations with accuracy and efficiency to support timely merchandise delivery to stores.
  • Ensure all department merchandise is allocated to the right stores within planning and allocation shipping guidelines.
  • Effectively problem-solve and communicate issues impacting allocation turnaround and escalate problems as necessary.
  • Liaise with Allocation Analysts and Distribution associates to resolve outstanding issues and develop expertise for allocating complex departments.
  • Analyze business tools to make recommendations and partner to make effective decisions.
Requirements
  • Completed or pursuing a post-secondary education or related work experience.
  • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to aid in effective decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify options and partner to determine optimal course of action.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities.
