About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Allocation Specialist to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective product allocation and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimal product allocation strategies to maximize sales and minimize inventory levels
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and store volumes to inform allocation decisions
  • Collaborate with stores and distribution centers to resolve inventory-related issues and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Assist with planning and execution of store events to optimize shipping strategies and drive sales
Requirements
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in retail, business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications and data analysis tools
