Requirements
  • College or university degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 2-4 years in a large, multi-unit company
  • Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation, learning and development, and coaching
  • Leadership accountabilities: builds a high-performance culture, works strategically, leads with integrity, and drives shareholder value
  • Key capabilities: strategic thinking, impact and influence, organizational design, consulting and advising, data insight management, stakeholder management, and partnering
